On the ground floor Matterway is situated with 22 seats in total, which could be shared with interested parties upon request (up to 20 seats available). There are 2 meeting rooms on this floor as well as 3 phone boxes that provide a quiet and confidential space. A small social area with comfy sofas provides employees with the essential breaks they need for their productivity. Moreover, there is a bathroom with two toilets located on the ground floor.

This office space can be rented partly and furnished only. Sublease only!

Wunschmieter: In general we would prefer to rent out to businesses / teams who like to work in a quiet workplace as much as we do. Basically we want to avoid having subtenants that require a big amount of communication, phone calls and customer traffic. For occasional calls or meetings there are several phone boxes and meeting rooms available. Please keep in mind that due to the pandemic we have a policy of no external guests (customers, business partners or any sort of external contacts) allowed in the office space in order to reduce the possibility of infections!
