Sublease for shared office space

UPDATE: Currently there is only half of the upstairs space available which equals space for up to 6 people.

The open gallery on the first floor is suited for a team of 12 people. There is also a meeting room for up to 8 people and a separate bathroom. Please note that the open gallery format is not suited for teams that need a fully quiet workplace. You can hear noises from downstairs and vice versa. Therefore, we would prefer to rent out to businesses / teams who like to work in a quiet workplace as much as we do. Basically we want to avoid having subtenants that require a big amount of communication, phone calls and customer traffic. For occasional calls or meetings there are several phone boxes and meeting rooms available.

This office space can be rented unfurnished or furnished upon request. Sublease only!

Shared space:
There is a generous kitchen area situated on the 1st floor. All necessary kitchen appliances are available like coffee machine, fridge, microwave etc.
